My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our tour to South America, in June of 2008. We visited Brazil and Argentina. Among other places, we saw Rio de Janeiro, Iguassu Falls and Buenos Aires. One of the best memories we brought was the “Paris of Latin America”. Why? Because we saw one of the most beautiful cities on this planet! How?
